Eligibility & Registration

Verification at Registration: 222btd may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before your account is fully activated or before your first withdrawal is processed. This process involves submitting a copy of your national ID (NID), passport, or driver's licence, along with proof of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

Account Responsibilities
Once your 222btd account is active, you take on full responsibility for all activity conducted through it. The following obligations apply to every registered player on the platform.
- Credential Security: You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes strictly confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 222btd will never contact you to request your password.
- Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 222btd immediately at [email protected]. - Accurate Personal Data: You are responsible for ensuring that your account details — including your registered name, date of birth, address, email address, and linked payment methods — remain accurate and up to date. Material discrepancies between your account information and your KYC documents may trigger a verification hold on your account.
- Device and Access Security: You are responsible for the security of the device(s) through which you access 222btd. 222btd is not liable for losses arising from your use of a shared, compromised, or publicly accessible device.
- Communication: By registering, you consent to receive transactional communications from 222btd — including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and account security alerts — via the email address registered to your account. You may manage promotional communication preferences within your account settings.
Account Inactivity: An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 222btd reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after the inactivity threshold is reached. The above limits are indicative and may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice. Daily, weekly, and monthly transaction limits may also apply at the platform level or be set voluntarily by the player through responsible gaming deposit limit tools.
- Own-Name Payments Only: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are prohibited and will be returned. Repeated third-party deposit attempts will trigger an account review.
- Withdrawal Eligibility: To request a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification, your real-money balance must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold, and you must not have any pending bonus wagering requirements applied to that balance. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes shown above during normal operating hours on BST.
- Withdrawal to Original Payment Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This is an anti-fraud measure and is non-negotiable.
- No Fees: 222btd does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own standard transfer fees, which are outside 222btd's control.
- Failed Transactions: If a deposit fails to credit your account within 30 minutes, contact support immediately at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit until the first has been investigated.
Enhanced Due Diligence: For withdrawal requests exceeding ৳20,000, 222btd may request additional documentation as part of enhanced due diligence. This is a routine security measure and does not imply any allegation of wrongdoing. Providing the requested documents promptly will minimise any delay in processing your withdrawal.
Bonuses & Promotions
222btd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms will take precedence.
- Welcome Bonus: New players who successfully register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. - Free Spins: Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game(s) and for the specified duration. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
Bonus Abuse Policy: 222btd actively monitors player activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional terms. Where such patterns are identified, 222btd reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and close the account in question. Betting & Gaming Rules

- Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on 222btd are subject to acceptance at the platform's sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and a reference number. Abandoned matches, no-results, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjusted results are settled according to the specific market rules published on the betting market page.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 222btd. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all outstanding balances (real money and bonus), and may result in reporting to relevant authorities where applicable law requires or permits.
- Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account; providing false identity documents during KYC; or engaging in any form of payment fraud or chargeback abuse.

Zero Tolerance for Fraud: 222btd operates a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of fraud, money laundering, and collusion. Where evidence of such activity is identified, 222btd will freeze the affected account immediately, withhold all funds pending investigation, and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies. Players whose accounts are frozen on fraud grounds will not receive advance notice of the action taken.
Account Closure & Suspension
222btd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been involved in activity that breaches these Terms, applicable law, or the fair operation of the platform.
- Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your 222btd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, 222btd will process any outstanding withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal requirements. Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
- Platform-Initiated Suspension: 222btd may suspend your account pending investigation if it identifies unusual account activity, potential breach of these Terms, or a flag raised by its anti-fraud or AML systems. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. 222btd will endeavour to complete its investigation and communicate its findings within 10 business days.
- Platform-Initiated Permanent Closure: Following investigation, if 222btd determines that a material breach of these Terms has occurred, it may permanently close the account. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or underage access, any remaining balance may be withheld and reported to the relevant authorities.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. - Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, these Terms & Conditions cease to apply except for those provisions that by their nature survive termination — including but not limited to the sections on prohibited conduct, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and intellectual property.
Returning After Self-Exclusion: If you have requested a self-exclusion on 222btd and subsequently wish to reactivate your account after the exclusion period has ended, you must contact [email protected] directly. There is a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period between the end of a self-exclusion and account reactivation, during which 222btd will invite you to consider whether reactivation is in your best interest. 18+ only.
These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. 222btd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
